Max Biocare’s Bright Kids^® makes getting omega-3’s easy, with convenient and ultra-delicious orange flavoured chewable capsules. Suitable from 6+ months, Bright Kids^® supports brain and central nervous system development, cognitive and mental function, as well as immune system and eye health. Why is the dose the same for baby and adult - 1 capsule a day?

Babies and children require a higher amount of DHA because their brains are busy making new connections, and their vision becomes active and learns to focus. Therefore, the demand for DHA during infancy and childhood is greater than any other time of life. However, adults may take more than 1 capsule a day, depending on their dietary intake of omega-3 and their health status.

1-2 capsules a day for adults will help to prevent omega-3 insufficiency and support wellbeing in a healthy person. 1 capsule a day for babies and children will provide a clinically relevant dose of DHA to support brain development and cognitive function, eye health and immune system health.

Does Bright Kids^® taste like fish?

No! Bright Kids^® has no fishy taste or after-taste. It is a yummy orange flavour. In fact, your kids will love taking their daily omega-3 because it tastes so good.

The name suggests this product is for kids. It is a kid’s only supplement?

No. Bright Kids^®  can be taken by all age groups, including babies over 6 months, children, adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and the elderly. The convenient chewable capsules means that Bright Kids^® is easy to take. For babies who can’t chew yet, just pierce the capsule with a toothpick gently and squeeze out the contents onto their food or a teaspoon.
